If your 440Music account has already been imported into the rebuild, you can claim it here by matching your legacy nickname, legacy email address, or band name, then setting a new password.

If your email has changed, try your band name first. If the original member is no longer available to receive email, use the form with the band name and old nickname so we can route the account for manual review.
